But wait, doesn't the new GH:WT instruments have five drum pads? Yes, the new drum pads from Activision has 5 inputs instead of Rock Band's 4. However, the game will accommodate the change by having the on-screen gameplay only have four colors.
However, there is incentive (though not much for my budget) to get the new drum set from Activision. Their drum set has a MIDI jack that will allow a user to use his or her own electronic drum kit, if you have one. You'll also be able to put in a second bass pedal and be able to use it in the game.
To even sweeten the pot, apprently Xbox came out with an auto-dowdloaded update for Guitar Hero: Aerosmith that allows the user to use a Rock Band guitar.

Thank god; I don't really play these games, but it always seemed really dumb that they wouldn't work together. I'm sure they're making some money with the hardware, but I would think their primary profit comes from the games. Game sales will only decrease by refusing to have compatible hardware.

Hi Ok my grandma got a new desktop a few weeks ago, it came with a free trial of McAfee which I installed for her no probs (have it myself at home) She already bought a different antivirus package (Bulldog?) which I was going to install when the McAfee trial was up. Anyway my little brother has been up for xmas and since there's only a few days of the McAfee trial left thought he would install it now for her. Since then the pc goes on to the desktop and thats about it, it wont let me open anything in the controll panel and cant get on the internet. It wont even turn off so have to do it by the button! Its as if its loading up constantly but doesnt do anything at all. I'm pretty sure it's cos of the 2 antivirus software together am I right? How do I sortr it? I wanted to go into add/remove programmes and get rid of McAfee but I cant get into it? Thanks for any advice

My laptop recently got a virus on it from windows and there was no way of fixing it so i had to wipe the computer clean. The people at the computer place backed up all my stuff. SO i have my computer now and i havee all my documents and pictures. I dont have all my programs that i had, like itunes. So my itunes got wiped and i need to know did i lose all my music that i had on it. In the backup folder there is a sub folder for itunes but since it is not on my computer i cant access it.
